This session will provide a detailed review about discovery practice, especially in family law cases. The main topics of this session will include bills of discovery, traditional forms of pretrial discovery for juvenile and circuit courts, and hypotheticals (problems and discussion). The presenters will define what bills of discovery are, what they are used for, and the requirements for bills of discovery.
