This workshop will highlight ongoing community lawyering projects in both LSC and non-LSC funded programs. LSC restrictions related to community lawyering will be reviewed. Next, panelists will discuss the origin of their projects, and challenges with growing the projects into long-term and sustainable efforts. Following the panel discussion, workshop participants will be encouraged to speak about their own ideas for community lawyering projects and ask panel members questions about how to bring those ideas into fruition.
